In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the Services offered by koi55. This age restriction is absolute and non-negotiable. koi55 takes underage gambling prevention seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle. Any Account found to have been created by or on behalf of a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

2.2 Residency. koi55 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your use of the platform does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not register an account if you are acting under guardianship, have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction, or are otherwise unable to contract under applicable law.

2.4 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not permitted to open or use a koi55 Account:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the koi55 platform or any affiliated platform.
• Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of koi55 or its affiliated technology and service providers, and the immediate family members of such persons.
• Persons accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Persons acting on behalf of a third party or corporate entity for the purpose of gambling.

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the koi55 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and a valid mobile number. koi55 will use these details for identity verification, customer support, and regulatory compliance purposes.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. koi55 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify koi55 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.4 Account Ownership. Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights or entitlements therein to any other person.

3.5 Registration Acceptance. koi55 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason.

4.1 Verification Requirement. koi55 is required to verify the identity and age of its players as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and platform integrity. KYC verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed and may be triggered at any other point during the account lifecycle at koi55's discretion.

4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you will be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (national ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., partial screenshot of your BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking showing your name and account number).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested by the compliance team.

4.3 Processing Time. koi55 aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. If additional information is required, our support team will contact you at the email address registered to your Account.

4.4 Refusal. If you are unable or unwilling to provide the documents required for KYC verification, koi55 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals, suspend your Account, and in cases where fraud is suspected, report the matter to relevant authorities.

5.1 Accepted Methods. koi55 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your Account and may vary by payment method.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on the koi55 platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion fees are charged by koi55; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment instruments that you are not authorised to use, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

5.4 Deposit Processing. The majority of deposit transactions are credited to your Account within 60 seconds. In exceptional circumstances, processing may take longer. If a deposit has not appeared in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact support at [email protected] with your transaction reference.

5.5 Declined Deposits. koi55 reserves the right to return any deposit without providing a reason. Returned funds will be sent back to the originating payment method only.

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Accounts are in good standing. Players must have deposited at least once via a verified payment method before a withdrawal can be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same Indonesian bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit. koi55 does not support withdrawals to payment methods that have not previously been used for a deposit to that Account.

6.3 Processing Time. koi55 targets a withdrawal processing time of under three minutes for verified accounts with no outstanding compliance flags. In practice, most withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and major e-wallets are completed within this window during standard operating hours (WIB). Withdrawals submitted during system maintenance windows may take longer.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Where an Account balance contains a mixture of Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, Real Money Funds are typically available for withdrawal independently of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements — specific promotion terms govern where this differs.

6.5 Fees. koi55 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. External fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside koi55's control and are your responsibility.

7.1 General. koi55 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome match bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sportsbook offers), and expiry period are detailed in each promotion's individual terms page.

7.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — using multiple accounts, multiple payment methods, or shared IP/device environments — constitutes abuse and will result in all Bonus Funds being forfeited and the Account(s) reviewed for suspension.

7.4 Abuse of Promotions. koi55 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds and any associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in promotional abuse, matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine recreational gambling.

7.5 Modification and Withdrawal. koi55 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued, Players who have already opted in and met the eligibility criteria before the discontinuation will be permitted to complete the relevant wagering requirements under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

8.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on the koi55 sportsbook are governed by the individual sport and market rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of ambiguity, the rules applicable at the time the bet was accepted govern. koi55 offers betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and other competitions. Mix parlay (accumulator) and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets operate under their respective market-specific rules.

8.2 Live Casino. Live dealer games are provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each game — baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and others — are governed by the studio's published game rules, which are accessible within each live game interface.

8.3 Slot Games. Slot games are provided by studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game's RTP (return to player) percentage and specific rules are accessible within the game information panel. koi55 does not alter studio-published RTP values.

8.5 Void Bets. koi55 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was accepted in error, that was placed based on incorrect odds or pricing, or that was placed in circumstances constituting a technical malfunction. Voided bets are refunded as Real Money Funds to the Player's Account.

8.6 Maximum Winnings. koi55 may apply per-event, per-day, or per-promotion maximum winnings caps. These are published in the relevant product sections and may be updated from time to time. No winnings in excess of a published cap will be paid.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the koi55 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where warranted:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening, operating, or colluding with multiple Accounts to circumvent platform rules or claim multiple bonuses.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports fraud, collusion with athletes, officials, or other bettors to manipulate event outcomes.
• Money laundering — using the platform to deposit, convert, and withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Chargebacks — initiating payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider for deposits that were genuinely credited and used for gambling. Chargeback fraud is a criminal offence and will be referred to law enforcement.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at koi55 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.

10.1 Ownership. All intellectual property on the koi55 platform — including but not limited to the koi55 brand name, logo, domain, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces (to the extent developed by koi55), and compiled content — is owned by or licensed to koi55. All rights are reserved.

10.2 Limited Licence. koi55 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

10.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the koi55 platform without prior written consent from koi55.

11.1 koi55's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

11.2 koi55 processes personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and — where you have provided consent — promotional communications. koi55 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.1 koi55 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides a suite of tools — including deposit limits, session time alerts, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion — accessible from your Account settings. 12.2 koi55 will honour all self-exclusion requests promptly. A Player who has self-excluded may not circumvent the exclusion by opening a new account. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any balance refunded to the Player's verified payment method.

13.1 By koi55. koi55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct.
• The continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to koi55.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.

13.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any Real Money Funds balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been met.

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, whether initiated by you or by koi55, all Bonus Funds and pending bonus-related claims are immediately forfeited. Real Money Funds in accounts closed by koi55 for cause (e.g., fraud, terms abuse) may also be withheld pending investigation.

14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, koi55 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

14.2 koi55 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. koi55 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee any specific uptime commitment.

14.3 koi55's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits koi55's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

15.1 koi55 operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which koi55 holds its operating licence. 15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

15.3 Nothing in this clause prevents koi55 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorised use of the platform.

16.1 koi55 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, koi55 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform.

16.2 Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.
